What We Do...

Step #1:

Assessment

On your first visit, you will get a complete postural and neurological assessment. We will be looking for muscle imbalances, stress levels, soft-tissue tension, joint range-of-motion/flexibility and central nervous system imbalances. All testing is non-invasive. You will also be provided with a complete breakdown and description of testing procedures and results. We will use the assessment to create your restorative program.

Step #2:

Corrective Exercise

We use corrective exercises to restore posture, performance and pain-free living. For the quickest results, our programs consist of a combination of breathing exercises, core strengthening and a restorative fitness program.

Step #3:

Restorative Technology

In addition to our corrective exercise, we use restorative technology to compliment our programs and expedite your results. Most of our technology is used for recharging and relaxing. It is designed to bring your brain activity into a stress-free state and condition it to stay that way. We use 24/7 health tracking technology to monitor your progress and adjust our exercise programs as needed.

What We Are Best At Helping With...

How Can We Help You?

Most of our clients come to us with lingering problems that they have been unable to solve with traditional physical therapy.

Traditional rehab methods address the symptoms. At 4A we attack the ROOT of the symptoms and restore function from the bottom-up to ensure the problem is solved.

IMPORTANT: We do not treat injuries. If you believe you have a real injury, meaning muscle tear, broken bone, etc., we will not work with you until you have been cleared by a doctor for an exercise program.

  • Lower Back Pain
  • General Back Discomfort
  • Knee Pain
  • Shoulder Pain
  • Hip Pain
  • Muscle Tightness
  • Migraines
  • Neck Pain/Tension
  • Jaw Pain/Tension
  • Stress Reduction

Our Promise to You...

At 4A our success rate is INCREDIBLY high. This is because we will only work with you if we truly believe we can help you. If, after your assessment, we don't think that we can completely solve your problem, we will refer you out without charging you a penny. That is our promise to you!
