Sean Light

PRT, CSCS, LMT

Sean Light is one the most recognized figures in the world of human health and performance.

He began his career in 2012 as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Yankees before moving out west the following season to join the Arizona Diamondbacks Training Staff.

During his four years in Phoenix, he received multiple awards and was asked by the National Strength and Conditioning Association to be a keynote speaker for their National Convention in Louisville, Kentucky.

In Arizona, Light worked with notable Major League Baseball players such as 2022 National League MVP Paul Goldschmidt, 2018 MLB All-Star Mitch Haniger and Kansas City Royals ace, Bradley Keller.

After his time in Arizona, Light accepted the Strength and Conditioning Coach position with the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA.
In LA, Sean was credited with bringing neuroscience, postural restoration and advanced sport science to the organization..

During his time with the Lakers, Light worked directly with notable athletes such as NBA All-Stars, Julius Randle, Brandon Ingram and D’Angelo Russell. As well as 2021 NBA Sixth-Man of the Year, Jordan Clarkson.

In 2016, Light founded 4A Health and Performance Sciences. 4A serves as the parent company to Weight Room Wealth and serves as a Postural Restoration Center and a private investment group for cutting edge, health-centered start-ups.

Weight Room Wealth is a private coaching organization run by Sean and his team that works with thousands of people all over the world through education, remote training and a select group of private clients. WRW is focused on delivering performance strategies to professional athletes, celebrities, executives and high-achievers alike.

Light also founded My Home Far Aways, a fund dedicated to driving Neuroscience research and care for rural West Virginians. My Home Far Away directly funds the Neuroscience department at The Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute at West Virginia University.
