Day One

  • The Neuro-Performance Model: The brain holds the master key to unlocking your genetic maximum. This training model will show you how to make sure the brain isn't holding you back.
  • Neurological and Cellular Memory: The brain is a prediction machine. If it makes the wrong prediction, your performance will be limited. Unfortunately, it often does.
  • Visual & Auditory Sensory Systems: The brain​ makes decisions based on the information it receives from the sensory system. When you manipulate this information, you can decide how the brain reacts.
  • Anatomical Considerations: The human body has some very unique anatomical features that play a major role in strength, power, speed and energy production. Learn these secrets only at genMAX.

  • Exercise Programming: How can you weave neuroscience into a simple training program? We will show you here how you can make that happen without your clients ever knowing!
  • Sport Specific Considerations: Each person has a different set of demands. Some need long lasting energy while others need maximum power. After this course, you will be able to deliver for each of them.
  • Weight Room Wealth: The genMAX model is our secret​ to business and wealth production. In this final section, we will connect those dots for you and introduce you to the Weight Room Wealth System.
